Shipping policy
Products are made and packaged by hand. We aim for perfection when creating all of my products. All orders require 1-3 Business days (Monday - Friday) processing time before shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS Mail.
Once Packages are shipped , we are not responsible for transit, we will provide tracking information. If your package was lost or stolen you must file a claim with USPS.
IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT YOU MUST SEND US PROOF OF THE DAMAGE AND WE WILL ADDRESS THAT RIGHT AWAY!
